What's an AI operation?
One operation is one AI action — a requirement extraction, an AC clarification, a test generation, or a PR verification. One operation = one unit of your monthly allowance (no weighted credits). Most teams use a few hundred per month.
Do I need a paid plan for the VS Code / Cursor / Windsurf extension?
No — the IDE extension works on every plan, including Free. The MCP server and programmatic agent access (for driving Spectrace from Cursor, Claude, or your own agents) are included from Pro and up, each with a monthly allowance of agent calls.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes — upgrades are pro-rated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle so you don't lose features you've already paid for.
Do you offer non-profit or OSS discounts?
