Acceptance
By signing up for Spectrace or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at security@spectrace.io if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be 18+ or have parental consent.
Acceptable use
Don't use Spectrace to do illegal things, to harass people, to circumvent rate limits, to reverse-engineer the AI models, or to attempt to extract other customers' data. We may suspend access for clear violations after a written notice when possible.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal. Upgrades pro-rate immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable except as required by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of every requirement, AC, comment, and document you put into Spectrace. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you. We don't claim copyright over your work.
Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure. The Team plan includes a service-credit SLA tied to that target. Status: status.spectrace.io.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — in which case they apply only as far as permitted.
Governing law
Delaware law, exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of New Castle County, Delaware. Disputes go through 60 days of good-faith negotiation before any filing. EU consumers retain the protections of their local law.
